Vivek Kumar
Vivek Kumar creates technical documentation and guidance for Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Industry Solutions, and data integration features (Power Query) to help users and organizations successfully learn/use these products to achieve their tasks.

Jim Daly
Jim Daly is the Senior Program Manager at Microsoft. After 8 years of teaching in Japan, Jim started working with CRM as a technical support engineer at Onyx in 1998. He moved into the training team at Onyx and then joined another local software company to help with their CRM implementation project. Jim joined Microsoft in 2002 to work with Microsoft CRM. He developed training content and certification exams for Microsoft CRM 1.0, 1.2 and 3.0. Jim proposed and developed the first Extending Microsoft Dynamics training course for CRM 3.0.
Since joining the Community and Content Strategy team, Jim wrote help content and resource centre articles for the customization area of Microsoft CRM 4.0. For Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, Jim joined the SDK content team to work on Solutions, Form Programming and customizing the ribbon, amongst other topics.
